Returns & Refunds:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or it arrives to you damaged or defective, we apologize.  Design4Living accepts returns up to 14 days after you receive your shipped order.  We will exchange the item for another item or refund the purchase price back to your Credit card or your Paypal account, whichever you prefer.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please e-mail us at info@design4living.org about your concerns with the product prior to shipping it back to us.   Design4Living is not responsible for the shipping cost on returned products.  Please include a copy of the original invoice in your return, along with your exchange or refund request.

Sales Tax:  California Customers Only

California state sales tax of 8.75% will be added to invoices where products are shipped to a California address.

Pricing:

Design4Living reserves the right to change prices without prior notification.  We reserve the right to make changes to our website and the terms and conditions of a sale at any time.

Orders and Shipping:

Orders received by 3:00PM PST Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours if all the products are in stock.  Design4Living will notify you if products are backordered.  Design4Living is not responsible for any delays in shipping that are the fault of the shipping company.   We are presently using USPS for shipping of all packages; First Cass, Parcel Post or Priority.
